How do I book freight with SeaRoad?

New customers can request a quote and speak with a Sales team member about ongoing work via Request a Quote. Existing customers can book through the Shipping Portal or Logistics Portal or by contacting their account manager.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Use the Track & Trace tool with your consignment, or log in to the Shipping Portal or Logistics Portal for full status updates.

Do you carry dangerous goods?

We accept many classes of dangerous goods subject to pre-approval and documentation. See Dangerous Goods for packaging and labelling requirements.

What are your weight and dimension limits?

Standard pallet, container and trailer limits apply. For oversize or project cargo, we’ll provide a tailored solution.

Do you offer temperature-controlled transport?

Yes. We provide refrigerated and temperature-monitored options for sensitive freight, though we don’t offer refrigerated containers for hire, but we do ship refrigerated units.

What documents do I need to ship?

Typically a consignment note, packing list, and any required permits for dangerous or oversize goods.

How long does transit take?

How do rates and surcharges work?

What happens if my freight is delayed?

We’ll notify you and provide revised ETAs via the Portal and email/SMS (where enabled). Speak to your account manager for options or contact our local customer service team on 1300 768 111 or via emailing customerservice@searoad.net

How do I make a claim or report damage?

Report issues immediately to our customer service team or your account manager with photos and documentation. Our team will guide the process.
